Job Description:

Job Title: Associate HR Manager

Reports to: Director

Location: Bagroda Industrial Area Bhopal

IMDSL Laser is seeking a proactive and well-organised Associate HR Manager to manage HR operations and factory administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance-management systems, including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals and improvement plans.

• Prepare and implement HR policies, SOPs and employee documentation.

• Ensure HR compliance with applicable labour laws and new labour codes.

• Complete recruitment and onboarding within defined timelines.

• Prepare and coordinate employee training calendars.

• Organise employee-engagement, welfare and social activities.

• Handle factory administration and coordinate between employees, management and departments.

• Maintain attendance, employee records, disciplinary processes and HR reports.

Candidate Profile:

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Strong communication, coordination and people-management skills.

• Practical experience in performance management is essential.

- 3-5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in junior management role.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
