Project Architect (lower parel/worli)
Job Description:
This is a full-time role as part of the real estate vertical of the group.
- The candidate should be Well versed with the Mumbai DCR,
- Feasibility Analysis
- Make basic Design fitment of the project
- Process of submission of files for Redevelopment and Slum Rehabilitation Projects.
- Make various applications for remarks etc to various Govt Authorities including MCGM
- Co-ordinate with various consultants on the project
- Visit Govt Offices if required for approvals
- Make presentations to Societies
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or from NICMAR or equivalent
- B.Arch
