  • Maintain and monitor employee time and attendance records.
  • Ensure the accuracy of attendance data and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Generate attendance reports and analyse trends for management.
  • Oversee leave applications, approvals, and policy compliance.
  • Maintain updated leave records for all employees.
  • Address employee queries related to leave policies and entitlements.
  • Manage contract labour onboarding, attendance, and payroll records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations for contract employees.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth operations.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support facility management, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Address employee needs related to office administration and supplies.
  • Collaborate closely with operational departments.
  • Work in conjunction with HR to manage staffing, training, and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate on budgeting, cost control, and financial performance analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Interact with suppliers, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in SPINE HRIS Software for attendance and leave management (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance.
  • Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
  • They must build trust, resolve conflicts, and lead with fairness and emotional intelligence.
