Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers based on their energy consumption needs and interest in solar energy.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our solar products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely with potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and follow up on leads.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, such as call volume, talk time, and conversion rates.
