Role : Application Developer  Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Must have Skills : Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical  Good to Have Skills :  No Function Specialty  Job Requirements : Direct and manage project development from beginning to end  Thought leadership, define Project scope, goals, deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior Management and Stakeholders  Develop full scale project plans and associated communication documents         Contribute in RFP preparation and as well as pre-sale related activities  Preparation of project plan, scheduling, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing by using appropriate tools  To do gap fit analysis, contribute in preparation of estimations   To lead one or more projects and teams, responsible for delivery  Managing client communication, delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel  Follow best practices suggested by organization while doing implementationsupgradessupport projects  Participate in functional design reviews  Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team  Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path  Track project milestones
