Key Qualification Criteria (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude) 1. Education: Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales steel plants. 2. Communication: English is essential for effective communication via WhatsApp and email for business purposes. 3. Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel long distances as required for business purposes. 4. Target-oriented mindset: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets with a strong focus on results.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
3. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
4. Effective Communication: Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly too potential clients, addressing their queries.
5. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager.
6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability targets, and customer requirements.
