Location : Ahmedabad & Rajkot.

Qualification : Any Graduate or Post Graduate.

Experience: Rich experience required in All LOB from General Insurance industry with Agency Background.

Designation : Assistant Manager

 CTC : Best in industry.

 

Job Title : Sales & Marketing 

  • General Accountability Responsible for driving the business growth through the Agency channel partners
  • Identifying and recruiting Agents in the respective area to build and Induction / training of each acquired agent on product and processes

Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship

  • Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met.
  • Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners
  • Balance Agency channel's portfolio and ensuring LOB wise Business Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquisition is within the budgeted levels
  • Ensure constant updating of Agent's knowledge on new products and underwriting policies
  • Drive business for the assigned cluster by leveraging on functional run campaigns , incentive plans to ensure team exhibit right behavior & to increase number of customers converted in markets managed
  • Growth & Development
  • Driving Top Line: Achieving expected sales target on consistent basis.
  • Cascading the channel's strategy and key focus areas for the achievement of set goals.
  • Renewal Ratio: Ensuring budgeted renewal ratio to be achieved by continuous follow up.
  •  Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with IMDs in the city / region on a regular basis; share business insights, growth plans and new products / schemes in order to showcase organization credentials as well expand IMD network
  • Inform superior on critical issues / concerns involving other verticals; seek support on resolution
