Manager / Sr. Manager Solar Design Engineer - Pune

Job Description:

Responsibilities & Duties:
 Develop detailed designs for rooftop, ground-mounted, and utility-scale solar PV systems using tools like

AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope.
 Conduct technical assessments, energy yield analysis, load evaluations, and shading studies.
 Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements such as IEC, NEC, and MNRE
guidelines.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement, component selection, and risk assessment.
 Evaluate and select suitable solar modules, inverters, and mounting structures for each project.
 Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
 Conduct site surveys and provide technical support during the project lifecycle.
 Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements for efficiency.
 Prepare technical reports, detailed drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and documentation for approvals and
stakeholders.
 Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and industry best practices to integrate into design processes.
 Ensure timely delivery of design outputs while adhering to quality standards.
 Coordinate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders for necessary permits and certifications.
