Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement sales plans targeting the injection moulding industry.

  2. Client Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients in automotive, packaging, medical, and consumer goods sectors.
    • Provide technical and commercial support to customers regarding injection moulding solutions.
  3. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve targets.
    • Conduct training sessions on products, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
  4. Product Knowledge:

    • Have a deep understanding of injection moulding machines, materials, and applications.
