The specialist would be well versed with all HR Operations functions and are pivotal in ensuring the seamless and effective operation of the Human Resources department. This role encompasses 80% Talent Acquisition & 20% HR Operations .
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Recruitment with real time hands on experience on portals
- Should be able to close position on own and along with recruitment consultants.
- Build a strong pipeline and database for the upcoming season and revive the evaluation process for robust screening.
- Onboarding: Very closely managing employee life cycle from offer to joining by adhering to the process.
- Adhere to the company’s Background screening process with timely closure of the same.
