Job Description:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers in the professional segment (doctors, CA, lawyers, architects, etc.).
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build relationships with professional associations, referral partners, and key stakeholders to source leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored financial solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.

3. Portfolio and Risk Management:

  • Evaluate and analyze customer financials to assess creditworthiness.
  • Ensure loan proposals adhere to company policies and regulatory norms.
  • Monitor portfolio performance to identify and mitigate risks.

4. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff, if applicable, to enhance productivity.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
