Job Description:
    • Customer service: Greeting and welcoming visitors, answering calls, and addressing concerns or complaints 
       
       
    • Administrative tasks: Managing the reception area, organizing files, and handling mail and packages 
       
       
    • Reservations: Taking online and phone reservations, and assigning rooms 
       
       
    • Check-in and check-out: Performing check-in and check-out duties, and preparing bills 
       
       
    • Communication: Taking and passing on messages to guests, and acting on requests 
       
       
  • Problem-solving: Identifying problems and using problem-solving skills to provide solutions 
     
     
  • Training: Training subordinates 
     
     
  • Equipment maintenance: Maintaining the equipment or software needed to manage visitors
