Job Description:
- Customer service: Greeting and welcoming visitors, answering calls, and addressing concerns or complaints
- Administrative tasks: Managing the reception area, organizing files, and handling mail and packages
- Reservations: Taking online and phone reservations, and assigning rooms
- Check-in and check-out: Performing check-in and check-out duties, and preparing bills
- Communication: Taking and passing on messages to guests, and acting on requests
- Problem-solving: Identifying problems and using problem-solving skills to provide solutions
- Training: Training subordinates
- Equipment maintenance: Maintaining the equipment or software needed to manage visitors
