Job Description: Manager – E-Commerce Operations

Overview:

A well-established organization specializing in high-quality products is seeking a Manager – E-Commerce Operations to oversee its supply chain and dark store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise and leadership skills to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory control, and fulfillment.
• Oversee dark store operations, ensuring seamless pick, pack, dispatch, and accurate inventory management.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely and cost-effective product delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize operations.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for consistent quality and process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, including order fulfillment rates, warehouse efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Address customer complaints and collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Minimum: Graduate.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or E-commerce.

• Experience:

  • 3–7 years in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or dark store management.

• Skills:

  • Operational and logistics management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), MS Excel, and inventory management tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and processes.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

Employment Details:

• Type: Permanent.
• Location: Nariman Point
• Working Hours: 8.5 hours/day, 6 days/week.
• Salary: Best in industry (It will be on Talisman HR Solutions Payroll)
