We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Event Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to promote our services & events to increase sales, sponsorships, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is passionate about events, has strong sales skills, and is adept at creating targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Promotion & Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote event attendance and secure sponsorships, partnerships, and group ticket sales.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, content, etc.) to drive awareness and ticket sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads, build a pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing and sales budgets for assigned events, ensuring effective use of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Graduate in any descipline can also apply.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in event marketing, sales, or related fields. Experience in B2B and B2C event sales is a plus.
Skills
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency in social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
