Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Premium Counsellor with expertise in guiding students and clients to pursue educational opportunities in the UK and USA. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the education systems, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities in these destinations. The Premium Counsellor will work closely with students to understand their academic and personal goals, recommend suitable institutions, and assist them throughout the application and visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation & Counseling:

  • Provide personalized counseling to prospective students and their families regarding educational opportunities in the UK and USA.
  • Advise clients on the best-fit universities, courses, scholarships, and career pathways based on their academic backgrounds and aspirations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, policies, and programs related to studying abroad, particularly in the UK and USA.

• Application Guidance:

  • Assist students with the university application process, including preparing documents, writing personal statements, and meeting application deadlines.
  • Provide detailed information on admission requirements for various institutions in both countries, including standardized tests like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, SAT, etc.
  • Review and provide feedback on application materials to ensure they meet the standards of top universities.

• Visa & Immigration Assistance:

  • Provide clear guidance on student visa processes for both the UK and USA, including visa documentation, interviews, and requirements.
  • Offer insights into post-arrival formalities, including travel tips, accommodation assistance, and orientation programs.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the entire counseling and application process, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Market Research & Business Development:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, academic programs, and scholarship opportunities in the UK and USA.
  • Contribute to market research to identify new opportunities for student placements.
  • Promote and represent the company in educational fairs, webinars, and other promotional events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any field; a postgraduate degree in Education, Counseling, or International Relations is a plus.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in educational counseling, specifically for the UK and USA.
  • Proven track record in assisting students with admissions to top-tier universities in these countries.
  • 5 days working.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, and institutions effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using counseling and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of visa regulations and immigration policies for international students in the UK and USA.
