Job Summary:

The Operation Marketing Manager (Ecommerce & Online) will be responsible for driving the day-to-
day marketing operations for our online and ecommerce platforms. This role requires a strategic
thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce, and operational excellence to
optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various online channels. The
individual will lead cross-functional teams to implement campaigns, manage budgets, track KPIs, and
ensure seamless execution of all online marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and customer loyalty across
various digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Work closely with ecommerce teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall
business goals.
Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including paid
search (PPC), display ads, email marketing, affiliate programs, and social media promotions.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content that drives conversion and enhances
customer experience.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and ecommerce performance to
gauge effectiveness and ROI.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management to improve performance and
inform future strategy.
Customer Insights & Data-Driven Decisions:

Leverage customer data, analytics tools, and market research to identify trends, behaviors, and
opportunities for personalization and segmentation.
Implement A/B testing and data-driven strategies to continually optimize user experience and
conversion rates.
Budget Management:

Manage and optimize the marketing budget across digital platforms, ensuring cost-efficiency while
meeting revenue and growth objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of
marketing initiatives and consistent brand messaging.
Work with the ecommerce development team to ensure the website is optimized for performance,
usability, and SEO.
Vendor & Partner Management:

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance online marketing
efforts and support ecommerce growth.
SEO & Content Optimization:

Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, visibility, and ranking across major search engines.
Ensure that website content is optimized for both users and search engines.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in ecommerce marketing or
operations.

Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital advertising, content marketing, and analytics
tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush).
Proven ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and deliver successful online campaigns.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing ecommerce websites.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing tools.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
Experience in managing affiliate or influencer marketing programs.
