Job Description:

● Designation – Creative Director

● Qualification – Experience: 5-7 years in Have a strong creative background in fields like product design, set design, or exhibition displays. Possess leadership skills to guide a team and manage end-to-end design projects.

● Work Timings – 09:30am to 06:30pm

● Working Days – Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday is off)

● Work Location – Churchgate, Mumbai

● Salary (Min & Max) – Best in the market

● Experience: 5-7 years in design and execution within interiors, lighting, or architecture, with a portfolio including at least six projects, two of which are over 4,000 sq. ft.

● Develop and execute compelling creative concepts for lighting projects that align with the brand’s identity.
● Lead the creation of stunning visual and functional designs for lighting installations across residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces.
● Inspire and guide a team of designers, fostering collaboration and professional growth within the studio.
● Manage projects end-to-end, from initial brainstorming to the final installation.
● Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver innovative design solutions that exceed expectations.
● Stay ahead of design trends, materials, and technologies, ensuring our designs remain cutting-edge and luxurious.
● Oversee design operations, ensuring smooth workflows, timely delivery of projects, and design excellence.
   Experience:
● 5-8 years in creative roles, with a strong background in set design, product design, exhibition displays, or creative direction.
● Proven experience running a creative studio and delivering high-quality projects.
● Strong design language and visualization skills, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into impactful designs.
● Exceptional team management and mentoring capabilities.
● Experience working with luxury brands.
