Experience: 10.0 Year

Job Location: Deonar nearby to Govandi

 

Work Time- 9 AM to 5:15 PM

Work Days- Monday to Saturday (6 days), with alternate Saturdays off (working on the 2nd , 4th and 5th Saturdays), and 1st and 3rd Saturday and Sundays off

Salary - Best in Industry

Job Description

 

 

Skill Set/Requirements:

        • Familiarity with product line & market segment application
        • Key account management skills
        • Growth oriented, self-motivated, self-starter
        • Good Engineering knowledge
        • Understanding of mechanical engineering drawings and processes
        • Technical knowledge to suggest the customer the right product
        • Application Engineering skills

Function:

          • Achieve set targets with a focus on 15 to 20 % CAGR
          • Develop and strengthen robust customer relationship
          • Handling technical support calls and providing other logistical support as requested
          • Get drawing, design qualification & other documents approved
          • Liaise with manufacturing units
          • Maintain gross profit margins as planned
          • Manage sales team

Responsibilities Deliverables:

 

      • Generate opportunities from the market for the entire product offering
      • Attend all the inquiries received from the territory/region and communicate to client including submission of offer, drawings, literature etc
      • Travel to territories/regions for follow up of offers submitted, attending customer complaints and helping them to solve the problem in co-ordination with manufacturing units and service department
      • Preparation of MIS for follow up
      • Provide required information on our international competitors for various items. Conduct detail study on their strength, technical details and pricing and give necessary feedback to marketing & design people
      • Developing and retaining markets and customers
      • Monitor Changes in market or customer expectations
      • Credit control management
      • Manage customer relationships
      • Manage dispatch and logistics
      • Sales process management through ERP system
      • Follow the set process of post order deliverable
