Skills required: -
1. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator & preferably in Modern Trade.
2. Good computer skills (MS Office)
3. Knowledge of ERP, SAP Software.
4. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. A team player with high level of dedication
Job Description: -
1. To handle Modern Trade accounts like Big Bazaar, Spar, Dmart, Metro Cash Carry etc.
2. Making Performa Invoice for Modern trade accounts and coordination with buyers for purchase
orders.
3. Forwarding POs to factory and follow-up for timely dispatch of stock and to ensure stock reaches
warehouse and retail stores on time.
4. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating
relevant information
5. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
6. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
7. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
8. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
9. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
10. Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
11. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
12. Ensure adherence to laws and policies
13. To prepare all MIS related to Sales
14. Manage CRM & MIS for analysis & reviews
15. Prepare monthly presentation for reviews
16. Schedule meetings at various levels & regions for Sales
