JOB SUMMARY
Skills required: -
1. 3D Modelling with CAD
2. Knowledge of geometric dimension & tolerance.
3. Knowledge of Jig fixture, Mould, die, related tooling.
4. Analytical & Numerical skill
Job Description: -
1. Utilize CAD Software to prepare product design & tooling design.
2. Manage prototype as well as production tooling.
3. Co-ordinate with production team for to create new tooling design.
4. Manage Entire project activities beginning from their receipt through first production.
- Assembling: Assembling products with precision and care, using hand tools or machines
- Inspecting: Inspecting products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintaining: Maintaining equipment and keeping the work area clean and organized
- Following instructions: Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Communicating: Communicating with team members to ensure productivity and quality requirements are met
- Reporting: Reporting irregularities and malfunctions to management
- Training: Training and working with other assemblers
- Collaborating: Collaborating with a team to meet production goals
