Position: Operation Executive (Non-Sales)

Location: S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/Month
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in loan operations or related fields

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loan Disbursement & Login: Manage end-to-end loan disbursement and login processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
2. Credit Operation Management: Oversee credit operations, ensuring timely approvals and adherence to credit policies.
3. Documentation: Handle loan-related documentation and maintain records in the system.
4. Process Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions for smooth operations.
5. Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries related to loan processes and documentation.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all operational activities.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to management.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of loan and credit operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
