Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage Admin Budget for Corporate office & adhere to cost as per budget.
  • Vendor Management
    • AMC renewal periodically.
  • Vendor Invoice processing & petty cash management.
  • Handle the admin part do onboarding for new employees:
    • Guest House booking
    • Sitting arrangement for employees.
    • Travel vehicle arrangements.
  • Ensuring the Travel policy is adhered.
  • Travel Arrangements (Tickets/vehicles), Domestic/International.
  • Manage Hotel Bookings.
  • Managing the sales/marketing officers with new setups.
  • Project Management-
    • Budgeting the cost of project
    • Exploring vendors & finalization.
    • Set Deadlines for finalization of projects within the cost.
  • Facility Management-
    • Housekeeping of office premises.
    • Factory/ Office building maintenance.
    • Office utilities management.
    • Parking area, garden, plants maintenance.
    • Housekeeping staff & materials management.
  • Transport Management:
    • Employees, Guests, Transport arrangement, Vehicle arrangement.
  • Event management:
    • Exploring Hotch, Tie-up’s, and Travels etc. for employees out bound, seminars etc.
  • Visitors & Guest Hospitality management.
  • Canteen, Employee recreation & welfare management.
  • Inventory Factory Assets, Machinery & Insurance administration.
  • Engage contract/ outsource agencies to administer & execute.

Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline;
  • Desirable: Masters/ PG Diploma in Human Resources

Experience:

  • Around 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Candidate should be conversant in English and with the local language
  • Candidate from FMCG, Chemical, Pharma companies will be preferred.
  • The candidates must have good stability in current and previous roles.
