We are organizing an in-person interview drive for the Assistant HRBP role on Saturday, 14th December, and are seeking profiles that meet the following criteria:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive People Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to oversee team dynamics, foster a positive work culture, and support employee growth and engagement. This role involves managing day-to-day employee relations, driving performance initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Weekly Call Responsibilities
- Focus on personal life, feelings, growth progression, self-growth, and career planning for the employees.
- HR to provide recommendations tailored to employees' needs for professional and personal development.
- Encourage participation in marketing activities and cultural feedback initiatives to enhance engagement.
- Facilitate 360-degree feedback and compile the summary in Zoho People.
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly one-on-ones to address concerns and improve employee engagement.
- Discuss personal and professional progress with an emphasis on employee well-being.
- Collect feedback from AMs, TLs, and PMs about employees' performance on projects.
- Use this feedback to analyze project health and allocate relevant courses for employee upskilling.
- Identify top-performing employees eligible for promotions using a scaling system for evaluation.
- Maintain an updated list of promotion-eligible candidates for quarterly discussions.
- Assist employees in creating clear and measurable goals aligned with KRAs.
- Collaborate with managers to finalize appraisal feedback and outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in people management, HR, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflict and mediate effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
