Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator (Female) to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Word, email communication, and other office-related duties. The Office Coordinator will play a key role in supporting office staff and maintaining an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance to office staff and management.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is properly equipped.

Document Management:
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using MS Word.
- Draft and respond to emails and other correspondence as necessary.
- Maintain office records and files (both physical and digital), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Communication:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication both internally and externally.

Office Operations:
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and order.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and other office needs.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

General Support:
- Assist with employee onboarding, travel arrangements, and other administrative functions.
- Perform other office-related tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Education: Any graduation
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Personal Traits:
