Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Sales Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Data Management:

    • Compile and analyze sales data to generate detailed performance reports for management.
    • Provide insights on trends, performance metrics, and sales effectiveness.
  2. Sales Targets Tracking:

    • Track and monitor sales team performance against set targets and goals.
    • Provide regular updates on team progress toward meeting objectives.
  3. Inventory Management:

    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock to meet client demand.
    • Work with the logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory efficiently.
  4. Meeting and Appointment Scheduling:

    • Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team with prospects and clients.
    • Ensure the timely preparation and sharing of meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups.
  5. Cross-Departmental Coordination:

    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
    • Collaborate with different teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
  6. Customer Delivery Coordination:

    • Ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
    • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
