Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
We're seeking an HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
2. Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, training, and introductions.
3. Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
4. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
7. Performance Management: Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
8. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Requirements:
1. 0-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Proficiency in HR software, such as HRMS, payroll systems, and recruitment tools.
6. Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
