Creative Designer
Job Description:
Design Development: Conceptualize and develop themes, concepts, mood boards after analysing trends for woven fabrics.
Create original prints, patterns, and textures, incorporating a various techniques.
Experiment with color palettes, materials, and finishes to achieve desired aesthetic effects.
Trend & Fabric Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion and textile trends by researching design platforms, industrypublications, and analyzing market data.
Identify emerging trends and translate them into innovative and marketable designs.
Technical Expertise:Possess an understanding of textile production processes, including weaving, printing, and dyeing.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and can be producedefficiently.
Troubleshoot design and production issues, and implement solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Present design concepts and prototypes effectively, and address client feedback and revisions.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Sample Creation: Create physical samples to showcase designs and communicate ideas effectively.
Oversee the production of samples, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Complete final collections seasonally & present it to the marketing team.
