Job Description:
- Understand the technical aspects of the products or services offered by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide technical consultations.
- Generate inquiries and references, and explore new opportunities in the assigned region.
- Meet the given monthly sales target.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide technical support to customers before and after the sale. Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond pro-actively to the concerns of customers.
- Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Sales, and Accounts as and when required
- Document sales activities, customer interactions, and technical specifications accurately.
