Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage Oracle Applications team to troubleshoot and debug issues in Oracle Environment, both
technical and functional.
Contribute and guide team to work throughout the lifecycle of the oracle products such as Oracle Apps
(Purchasing, Inventory, ASCP, Demantra, Finance), PLSQL, etc.
Ownership attitude and excel in a flat organization is a must.
Oracle EBS Development Manager
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Oracle business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.
Lead, coach and advise a project team in addition to managing their performance.
Strong Oracle Application Technical Development Skills.
years of managing the design and implementation of oracle application development policies and
procedures, technical standards, methods, documentation, and priority setting tool.
Good knowledge of AGILE/CICD methodologies.
Strong technical experience across all the financial and SCM Modules along with the strong project
management experience

web and mobile applications, help customers modernize their mainframe and as400 systems, build
large scale data warehousing and generative AI based applications, cyber-security, cloud adoption
and similar projects.
