This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at DDK Wealth Partners LLP in Mumbai. The Executive will be responsible for providing generating leads, meeting prospects,

 Qualifications

• Experience in administrative services & client assistance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook (email)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Experience working in a wealth management or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

 Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

• Sell financial services to businesses and individuals.
• Recommend certain services such as life insurance, retirement income, investments, and long-term care insurance.
• Build relationships with clients and communities.
• Provide solutions for short and long-term financial goals.
• Help clients achieve financial security.
• Present products and services via a presentation or slideshow.
• Determine clients' financial needs and areas of improvement.
• Determine security risks.
• Develop prospects from current commercial customers, referral leads, and sales and trade meetings.
• Negotiate sales agreements and contracts.
• Take payments.
• Prepare forms or agreements.
• Determine future growth.
• Advise customers regarding expected fluctuations.
• Make presentations on financial services to groups in order to attract new clients.
• Use financial, tax, economics and accounting skills to review a client's personal data and recommend investment strategies that are appropriate to the client's goals.
• Advise a client on whether to buy certain types of stocks, bonds and mutual funds.
• Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
• Determine whether loans must be obtained to meet cash requirements or whether surplus cash can be invested.
• Solicit business, authorize loans, and direct the investment of funds, always adhering to laws and regulations.

 Requirements:

• Strong understanding of capital markets and other financial products.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Strong Business Acumen.
• Deep understanding of the sales process.
• Influence clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver good presentations.
• Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market.

• Work experience of 1-2 years in relevant field
• Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
• Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
• Support and contribute towards the Area’s revenue and profitability targets
• Build new clients and add market share as per targets set with your reporting Manager.
• Increase the market reach in and around the territory
• Gather competitive information and assimilate the same for further analysis
• Presenting the product in the right light and in a structured professional way face-to-face.

Additional Details : 

• Gender – Male / Female
• Working Timings - (Monday to Friday - 10:00 Am to 6:00 Pm), (Saturday - 10:00 Am to 4:00 Pm)
• Working Days – 6
• Work Location –  Mumbai Masjid Bunder East
• Other Employee Benefits – Annual bonus, Mediclaim and accident post 3 months of probation period for self only, No pf facility available  (after 6 months on confirmation) Leaves 18 per annum are allowed.
• Interview mode : 1^st round virtual if shortlisted 2^nd round will be face to face.
