Job Description: Operations Manager – Travel and Hospitality
- Manage international operations with Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Negotiate and coordinate with local ground support and hotels to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee group departures, including setting up departure dates, times, and venues.
- Handle travel logistics and ensure seamless travel and hospitality arrangements.
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage schedules, reports, and communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel and hospitality service providers.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards.
- Possess strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership abilities to deliver exceptional group travel experiences.
- Prior experience in similar roles within the travel and hospitality industry is preferred.
