Position – Export Manager

Repots to - Directors

Location - S-109, Plot No. C-250, Phase-1 Badli Industrial Area, Raja Vihar, North West Delhi – 110042.

Employment – Full time

Salary Budget – No Bargain for good candidate.

 

Job Description

  • Generating/developing export sales
  • Developing and implement export strategies to maximize profits. 
  • Building strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Identifying new international business opportunities and securing orders from customers in target markets.
  • Attending international trade fairs and meets in order to bring export orders.
  • Overseeing the entire export process, including international customs clearance, tariffs, taxes, and import/export regulations.
  • Stay updated on global trade laws, customs procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with the latest international shipping standards.
  • Negotiating and closing export deals, ensuring that terms and conditions are favourable to the company.
  • Prepare regular reports on export performance, sales targets, and market trends for management review.
  • Analyse export sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the export process.

Qualification

  • MBA/PGDM in marketing / international business
  • Bachelor degree in marketing / International Business / Economics/Business Studies.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in the houseware industry, with a minimum of 5 years in export business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build strong relationships
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different cultures and environments
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
