Job Description:

End-to-End Supply Chain Management:
Oversee the supply chain operations for 350+ products, ensuring seamless processes from procurement to final delivery.

Procurement Management:
Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to ensure timely procurement of goods while maintaining cost efficiency.

Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock at fulfillment centers to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
Implement inventory control procedures adhering to industry regulatory guidelines.

Supplier Coordination:
Manage vendor relationships and follow up to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Address issues regarding quality, delivery timelines, or regulatory compliance.

Material Storage and Handling:
Oversee proper storage and handling of materials in warehouses to maintain product integrity, efficacy, and safety in line with regulatory guidelines.

Warehouse Operations:
Supervise warehouse activities such as material receipt, storage, and order fulfillment, ensuring operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to align supply chain goals and ensure timely delivery.

Compliance Management:
Ensure all supply chain processes adhere to internal policies and industry regulatory standards.

Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Customer Delivery Management:
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries while resolving customer concerns effectively.

Skills Required:

Strong experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, Inventory Control, and Supply Chain Optimization.
Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance improvements.
