Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to manage the end-to-end recruitment

process and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting,

and onboarding top talent to support our organization’s growth and success.

 

*Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position)*

 

*Recruitment*

 

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job

descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment

agencies.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers to ensure timely closures of open positions.

• Negotiate salary offers and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.

 

*Onboarding*

 

• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, including document verification and background checks.

• Plan and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

• Ensure all necessary systems and tools are set up for new employees before their start date.

General HR Support

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and onboarding records.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Manager on recruitment progress.

 Competence (Skills, knowledge, experience and attributes required)

Competence Essential

Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a

related field.

Work Experience 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Knowledge • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best

practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced

environment.

Skills Proficiency in MS Office

1. Working Days : 5 Days (Monday – Friday)

2. Gender – Male & Female any

3. Working timings : Flexible 8:30 am – 10:00 pm

4. Interview rounds : 2

7. Notice period : On immediate basis or 15 days of notice

8. On 3rd Party Payroll
