Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates for various positions. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update a candidate database to track active and passive candidates for future openings.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Prepare job offers and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing contracts and other necessary documents.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Support recruitment-related administrative tasks such as preparing job postings, tracking hiring metrics, and creating reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
