Job Description:


We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager/representative to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the
company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

Responsibilities:

 

  •  Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  •  Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  •  Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  •  Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  •  Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  •  Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  •  Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  •  Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  •  Proactively follow ups the leads
  •  Calling the leads & convert into sales
  •  Maintain accurate & detailed records of call made & result achieved.
  •  Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions accordingly
  •  Build innovative strategies to retain key clients .
  •  Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution
  •  Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention and Post event formalities like sending reports, feedback and testimonials from client, closing the event.
  • Meet prospective clients, ideate, create presentations, prepare proposals, generate business and meet sales targets
  • To collaborate with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery

Requirements: -
➢ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required
➢ Market knowledge
➢ Display Innovation, teamwork, adaptability & accountability at every aspect
➢ Communication and negotiation skills
➢ Ability to meet deadlines
➢ With general business knowledge
