Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Bill Processing & Payment: Ensure timely processing and payment of vendor invoices.
  • Employee Bill Processing & Reimbursement: Handle employee reimbursement requests and process bills as per the company’s policy.
  • Accounting Entries: Manage journal entries, purchase entries, cash and bank entries accurately in the system.
  • Debtors/Creditors Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts with debtors and creditors on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy in records.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • GST Reconciliation: Prepare and maintain GST reconciliation in line with statutory requirements.
  • E-waybill Generation: Manage the generation of E-waybills as per the company’s logistics and compliance needs.
  • E-Invoice Upload to GST Portal: Upload e-Invoices to the GST portal in compliance with regulations.
  • TDS: Oversee TDS calculations and ensure timely payments and filings.
  • Fleet Accounts Management: Manage and maintain the fleet accounts, including cost allocation and expense tracking.
  • Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of accountants, ensuring effective task delegation and process adherence.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, keeping up-to-date with statutory changes.
  • Personal Account Management: Manage personal accounts and provide related support where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, e-waybill generation, and e-Invoice uploading.
  • Experience in team management and handling reconciliations (Bank, Debtors/Creditors).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and accounting principles.
