Back Office Executive
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
• Making indent/order/invoice from the system
• Co-ordinate with Suppliers and transporters for follow-up for orders & timely
and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
• Monitor the delivery process to ensure goods reach customers as scheduled and
resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain by constant communication.
• Payment collection of parties as per terms & conditions.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Written/verbal communication with principal company & customers.
• Track and ensure accurate calculation of brokerage or commission payments.
• Maintain detailed records of all brokerage or commission transactions.
• Ensure all communication and transactions are well-documented and easily
retrievable.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts & Preparing
sales related reports as per the requirement.
• All activities & actions post sales are to be handled and managed by Back Office
Sales Support team.
Job Requirements:
• Good Experience in sales /experience as sales co-ordinator or in other
administrative positions.
• Good Computer skills (ERP/MS Office)
• Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving
• Verbal & Written communication skills
• A team player with high level of commitment and dedication
Experience:
• Require at least 1 -2 year of experience in Relevant field of B2B Sales./Freshers
having professional degree (BBA/BBM/MBA)
