Position:        Asst. Manager - Admin

Location:       Jodhpur

Experience:    8 - 9 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Administrative Management:
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and strategies to align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the entire administrative function, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilities and Infrastructure Oversight:
  • Ensure the maintenance and functionality of office facilities and infrastructure.
  • Plan and supervise upgrades, renovations, or relocations of office spaces.
  • Implement safety and compliance measures for a secure work environment.
  • Fleet and Vehicle Management:
  • Manage the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Oversee scheduling and assignment of vehicles for official purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, and expenses.
  • Vendor and Contract Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring value for money and adherence to quality standards.
  • Periodically evaluate vendor performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Government Liaison and Compliance:
  • Represent the company in dealings with government offices and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure timely submission of documentation for permits, licenses, and statutory compliance.
  • Address and resolve administrative legal matters efficiently.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor the administrative team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Allocate resources and delegate responsibilities to team members effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Field Operations Management:
  • Oversee field visits within the city for critical administrative tasks.
  • Ensure optimal route planning and resource allocation for field activities.
  • Address and resolve issues arising from field operations promptly.
  • Reporting and Strategic Coordination:
  • Prepare detailed reports on administrative activities, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Proactively address administrative challenges and propose strategic solutions.

Required Skills :

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proficient in negotiation and liaison skills.
  • Ability to deal with emergency situations.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 5.20 LPA
