Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations in a hospitality setting. The role involves managing budgets, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Details:
- Vacancy: 1
- Work Location: Arpora, North Goa
- Working Days: 6 days a week, with 6 monthly offs
- Work Timings: As per work urgency (9 hours minimum)
- Job Type: Regular
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: BBA in Finance (minimum); MBA in Finance (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in hotel finance
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting, including P&L and month-end account preparation
- Oversee daily financial operations, including TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, and vendor accounts
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports
- Handle government and regulatory compliance
- Conduct financial data analysis to support strategic decisions
