Counter Sales / Stock Maintenance

Job Description:

Salary will be provided inbetween 18000 per month to 22000 per month only.

 NOTE : The shop is located below our H.O. The job timings are mentioned below

9:30 AM to 05:30 PM

11:00 AM to 7 PM
1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Monday to Sunday. He can take Holiday in-between Monday to Thursday.

Job Responsibilities:

• You must be properly groomed, and have to maintain good personal appearance. Greeting customers and taking orders. Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
• Processing payments.  Proper hygiene and cleanliness must be maintained.
• Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
• Ensuring no longer time of customer been taken for billing or attending to prevent delay and frustration.
• Ensuring each customer leaves the store satisfied.
• Should be able to manage any conflicts or grievance of the customers respectfully and treat them wisely by providing satisfying solution for their problems.
• In absence of other colleagues of Grahak Kaksha, you will ensure that the daily responsibilities will be handled by you in a proper way.
• Update & keeping the bill card properly while maintaining the physical/dotnet/vision stock of Grahak kaksha.
• Weekly stock update need to send regularly to Mr. Santosh Bhagat & Ms. Nisha Sharma.
• Keeping a regular track of fast moving & slow moving products of Grahak kaksha and discussing the same with HOD for any suggestions required.
• Daily handover of cash of Grahak  Kaksha to be given  to Accounts and for new products to be given to Ms. Sneha Jog.
• Regular stock and product display to be maintained.
