Job Description:

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Overall heading HR & IR department with supervision & control of KRA of HR Personnel in a manufacturing plant.
  • Control of legal compliance & liaison with Govt. Offices.
  • Responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training & development, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance with labor laws.
  • Work closely with plant management to ensure proper alignment of HR policies & Procedures with the business objective.
  • Welfare activities
  • Should have union exposure in manufacturing industries.
  • Should focus on organizational development & steer HR initiatives
  • Handle grievances procedure.
  • Experienced in handling industrial relations including wage negotiation, structuring, settlement, resourcing & development, HSE management, grievance handling and discipline management as per statutory, legal IR norms.
  • Skilled in handling resourcing both internal & external manpower, evaluating the required skills, identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating & fitting them into the system
  • Rich expertise in HR operations viz. manpower planning & talent acquisition, organization capability building, employee cost, performance management, rewards & recognition, employee welfare, etc.
  • Capable of liaising with Factory and Govt. department, EPFO, Labor Employment exchange.
  • Involved in external affairs dissection and implementation.
  • Proven record of driving strategic initiatives to realize bottom line results & enhance employee relations to create an amicable & transparent environment.
  • An innovative, loyal and creative professional with strong planning, communication, analytical; negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
