Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Executive to join our team. The Business Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and helping the company achieve its objectives. The role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Present and promote the company's services/products to potential clients.

Sales and Lead Generation
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales strategies.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
- Track and report key metrics related to business development and sales targets.

Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to align on strategies and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Assist in the development of sales materials, marketing campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote the company and gather market intelligence.
Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, Sales Certifications) is a plus.

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
