Job Description:

 

 

To expand and manage its channel sales operations in the Delhi,
Noida, Haryana, Chandigarh region. The role focuses on building and maintaining a strong
distributor and dealer network, driving sales growth, and ensuring that Dudhi’s innovative and
sustainable products reach key market segments.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in channel sales and project sales, particularly
within competitive industries like building materials, white cement, paints, PVC pipes, and related Sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Distributor and Dealer Network Management:
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and dealers in the assigned territory to achieve
sales targets.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to expand the company’s footprint in Delhi
NCR.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent sales growth.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Drive sales through a combination of direct sales and distributor/dealer networks.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and ensure the timely collection of payments from distributors and dealers.

3. Market Development and Promotion:
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new channel partners and product
segments.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, dealer meets, and training programs for
partners to enhance product knowledge and drive sales.
• Promote Dudhi’s product portfolio, emphasizing its sustainability and innovation, among
channel partners and end customers.
4. Competition Analysis:
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain a
competitive edge.
• Provide regular feedback to management on market developments and sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Coordination:
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, production, and marketing, to ensure
timely delivery and effective marketing support for channel partners.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Qualification: Must have completed graduation (full-time education, no
correspondence courses).
• Experience:
o 06-10 years of experience in channel sales and business development, preferably
in industries like building materials, white cement, paints, plywood, PVC plumbing
pipes, electrical and switchgear, sanitary ware, and bathroom fittings.
