Job Responsibilities:

• Generate sales and marketing of MB and Additives to Flexible Packaging.
• Evaluating existing market, market size, trend, price and collating market information.
• Competition analysis and strategies to counter competition.
• To develop the new business along with handling the existing ones.
• Business Planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential/improvement in

Business opportunities.

• Preparing Business Plan for all principal channel partners and lead them for realizing

the same.

• MIS, Data Analysis & follow up actions to improve the business performance.
• Analyze customer complaints and work towards its resolution.
• Credit accounts management to ensure that payments are realized by due date.
• Sustain good rapport with customer by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs,

etc.
