Keeping and timely analysis of preventive maintenance & breakdown maintenance data. |

Legal requirements related to fired /pressure vessels and other installations |
|
8 |
Implement Energy Saving Programme in the Organization. |
|
9 |
Assistance in Preparation of CAPEX and Plant Maintenance budgets |
|
10 |
Implement the cost saving measures in the maintenance function |
|
11 |
Ensure smooth working of the department and maintain high Morale of the Workforce |
|
12 |
Provide on Job guidance to sub-ordinates to enhance skills and knowledge |
|
13 |
Responsible For Technical modification for better productivity |
|
|
Managing department budgets, maintaining statistical records with proper History. |
|
15 |
Responsible for Managing minimum stocks of spares and equipment's. |
|
16 |
Coordinate with Sub Dept. Like Purchase, Store, Account & Production Dept. |
|
17 |
Planning & Execution of Plant Shutdown |
|
18 |
Implementation of 5'S in Maintenance Workshop |

19 |
Verification of Measurement, Bills which is submitted by Vendor |
|
20 |
Ensure safe practices in the function and people With Follow Safety System |
|
21 |
Inspection of Painting, Insulation job as per Standard Procedure |
