Job Description:
  1. Preparation of invoices on system conforming to contract terms in coordination with sales team.
  2. Submitting the properly authenticated invoices physically or in any other manner as prescribed to customer against acknowledgement.
  3. Follow up of payment as per contractual terms with the designated official. Collection of payments physically if required.
  4. Reconciliation and accounting of payment received.
  5. Review of outstanding invoices at periodical intervals.
  6. Scaling up challenges encountered in receipts of payments well on time.
  7. Review of unbilled deliveries.
  8. Any other Accounting department work assigned by accounts head.

Other Details:

  1. Working Time : 09:00 am – 05:30 pm
  2. Working Days : Monday – Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
  3. Location: Andheri, Mumbai
