Position: Service Support Engineer

Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role.

Work Location- Pune-Occasional travel for on-site service.
Department: Plant Service
Reports To: Country Manager

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.(Half Day)
CTC: Basis Experience and qualification.
Benefits: PF and Insurance, Paid Leaves.


Special Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of industrial software systems.
    Preferred Background: Ready-mix concrete, concrete equipment, or batching plants.

Job Purpose

The Service Support Engineer will assist batching plant service teams with CRM administration, ERP management, and batching plant software troubleshooting. CRM and ERP expertise are essential, while technical troubleshooting skills will be developed through on-the-job training.


Key Responsibilities

CRM Administration:

  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Support users in CRM workflows and processes.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to aid decision-making.

ERP Management:

  • Manage ERP modules for service, inventory, and maintenance.
  • Address ERP-related queries and resolve system issues for the service team.

Batching Plant & Software Troubleshooting:

  • Support maintenance and servicing of batching plant systems.
  • Develop troubleshooting skills through training under senior engineers.
  • Assist in resolving software-related issues in collaboration with service engineers.
