Project Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Independently delivering retail property projects on time, to budget and to the required standard.
• Managing suppliers, designers and fit-out contractors.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders like information technology, marketing, procurement and business development teams to ensure adherence to brand standards and store opening schedule.
• Ensuring proposals, plans, layouts and finished property meet the requirements of the designers and brand.
• Overseeing the tender, drawings, BOQ and estimates.
• Resolving site related queries.
• Managing renovations and redesigning of current stores and projects.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in retail fit-out and a total of 5 years of experience in architecture/interior designing and site supervision.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree (preferably architecture/interior designing/ any engineering major) from an accredited university
- Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc.)
- Membership of a professional body.
- Must be able to multitask well and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Location: Head Office – Lower Parel, Mumbai
- Reporting Manager: Directors.
- Working Days : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday - alternate Saturday off)
