Job Description:
Requirements
1) 8-10 Yrs. of Experience in Managing Large teams, Out which at least 3-5 yrs of experience in managing Cyber crime Portal complaints as Team leader / Process manager
2) Experience in Audit preferred.
3) Graduation mandatory, Post-graduation preferred
4) Should be below the age of 40
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Overall operations of Cyber crime portal Complaints, ensuring timely action on the Complaints so received
- Actively engage and work with MHA and State Cyber cell Officers, providing them updates on the Bank’s performance and collaborate with the Law enforcement authority to ensure requisite actions are done by the bank to reduce Mule account menace
- Travel across the country to represent the Bank in Cybercrime based forums held by MHA or State Cyber cell teams
- Lead a Team of 40 Team members (incl. members seated at State cyber cell)
5) Work with Transaction monitoring team and Fraud Analytics team to ensure together Mule account menace is addressed at the Bank
